The Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court (ECSC), will host a media briefing to introduce the next phase of the e-Litigation Portal for Saint Lucia. This new portal will include all new civil matters to be heard in the High Court.

The courts went live in Saint Lucia on Nov. 26, 2018 for all new Commercial and Court of Appeal matters filed on or after this date. The portal usage statistics on the Member State of Saint Lucia is very encouraging to the ECSC and it shows that users are taking advantage of the benefits that the portal offers.

The media briefing will be held at 10 a.m. on June 6, at the Renham Building (upstairs Domino’s Pizza), in the William Peter Boulevard. Confirmation of attendance is required by June 3. Contact 457.3600.
