Notice: Delivery of Cargo

CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE NOTIFIED THAT THE SHEDS AT THE SEAPORTS ARE OPEN.

The Saint Lucia Air and Sea Ports Authority (SLASPA) advises all agents, NVOCCs and brokers that their customers should be notified that the sheds at the sea ports are open and available for delivery of cargo.

Customers should be guided as follows:

The operating hours at the sheds run from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., Monday’s to Fridays.

Customers with a Bill of Lading and other documentation, and who will need to cross the zones, should visit the National Emergency Management Organization (NEMO) offices in Castries and Vieux Fort to obtain authorization.

A limit of 10 customers at any one time will be facilitated in the customer area, and a safe distance of at least six feet must be maintained.

Customers must wear masks when entering the building and/or accessing the ports.
