The Ministry of Equity, Social Justice, Local Government and Empowerment wishes to notify all clients of the Public Assistance Programme (PAP) of Babonneau, Castries, Gros Islet, and Souci Millet regions that payment for the month October will be disbursed from Monday, Nov. 16 to Friday, Nov. 20 at the Castries City Hall from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily.
