Process:	Complete the Application form for Appointment as a Police Constable. Forms should be completed in writing by the applicant only. In order to be considered the application form must be fully completed and all certified documents MUST be attached. Incomplete application forms will be rejected. Certified copies of the following documents are required to be submitted with the application form: Birth Certificate CXC Certificates/Slip Any other certificates Two passport-sized pictures
