The Department of Public Service is conducting a survey to assess the level of user receptivity toward the use of the DigiGov platform, customer satisfaction with the quality of e-services, and to assess the quality of customer support provided by the DigiGov team.

The findings from the survey will be used to improve the DigiGov platform and will direct content development for stakeholder engagement and public awareness campaigns.

This survey is voluntary, confidential, and anonymous.
