The Eastern Caribbean Telecommunications Authority (ECTEL) is currently conducting a consumer survey. The survey forms part of a short term consumer awareness and education program that ECTEL has undertaken, a prelude to the development of a long term strategy for the same. The purpose of the survey is to canvas the attitudes, views, knowledge and perception of consumers in ECTEL member states, which will in turn help to inform the development of the consumer education, awareness and protection strategy. The survey will be available until June 10, and can be accessed via this link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/85WYDDT. The public is invited to participate.
