Food vendors culminate culinary creativity training

A FOOD AND COCKTAIL PRESENTATION WILL BE HELD ON MONDAY EVENING, IN ANSE LA RAYE.

The Saint Lucia Tourism Authority and the Ministry of Tourism are in partnership to enhance the offering of the Anse La Raye Seafood Festival.

As such, a training session with 15 vendors and 30 vendors' assistants is underway in Culinary Creativity and Food Presentation. The 45 trainees are becoming more proficient with their skills under the guidance of Chef Didier.

The Culinary Creativity and Food Presentation training session will reach its climax on Monday, April 15. Vendors will showcase their culinary skills in seafood and cocktails at the usual site of the Seafood Festival at 5:45 p.m.

Aldric Evans, Chairman of the Anse La Raye Seafood Committee, will address the media, among others.
