Ministry of Equity to re-certify applicants under Public Assistance Programme

APPLICANTS MUST PROVIDE RECENT UTILITY BILLS, NATIONAL ID, AND PUBLIC ASSISTANCE CARDS.

The Ministry of Equity, Social Justice, Local Government and Empowerment will be undertaking the re-certification of the Public Assistance Programme in the month of September.

All clients who are on the Public Assistance Programme in Castries, including from Choc to Cul Du Sac are informed that interviewers will be visiting their homes on Monday, Sep. 28 to Friday, Oct. 2, to complete their forms and update their information. Also from Tuesday, Oct. 6, to Friday, Oct. 9, Ministry of Equity representatives will be at the Castries City Council from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., to complete new applications for the Public Assistance Programme.

All persons should have available a recent copy of their electricity and water bills, their national identification cards and their public assistance cards.
