EFFECTIVE AUG. 1, RESIDENTS ARE ASKED TO PLACE ITEMS OUT ON THE DESIGNATED COLLECTION DAYS, BY 7 A.M.

The Saint Lucia Solid Waste Management Authority wishes to inform all residents of the resumption of the bulk waste collection service, effective Saturday, August 1.

All communities will revert to the original bulk waste collection schedule.

Residents are reminded to place items out only on the designated collection day by 7 a.m. Accepted materials include household appliances (refrigerators, stoves, microwaves etc.), old furniture, metal drums, and plastic barrels. Non-accepted materials are concrete, metal roofing, scrap wood and scrap metal, and vehicle parts.
