THE DRIVE AIMS TO MAKE UP THE FORM ONE INTAKE FOR ACADEMIC YEAR 2021-2022.
The doors of the Saint Lucia Sports Academy were officially opened in 2019. Since then, the Government of Saint Lucia has steadily continued to invest in the growth and development of the institution to provide an avenue for young athletes desirous of pursuing a future career in the field of sports.

Given this continued investment, the Academy is now better positioned to accommodate more student-athletes, leading to the commencement of an islandwide recruitment drive.

The school provides students with a solid foundation in academics, life skills and of course sports – in particular, football, cricket and track and field.
Students are also exposed to off the field courses in areas such as coaching and media arts.

This recruitment drive seeks to attract at least three students from each school to make up the Form 1 intake for the new school year 2021/2022.

The initiative takes interested students out onto playfields (COVID-19 protocols observed) where their skill levels are tested in the areas of football, cricket and track and field.
