Process: Complete the Application for Police Certificate of Character form and submit this together with the required documents and fee to the department. The receipt of payment is required for collection of certifcate by the applicant.
Requirements:
  • 2 identical passport sized photos (1 1/2" x 2")

  • Either national identification card, valid passport or other ID
