Description:	The engineering section of the department provides services including (a) establishment of ponds - collection and assessment of data, site assesment, preparation of design, preparation of cost estimates, pond construction, pipes installation, evaluation of pond for leaks; (b) maintenance of ponds: assessment of ponds, preparation of scope of work, preparation of cost estimates, supervision of works.
