Register a Fish Processing establishment

Description: A "fish processing establishment" means any land, premises or other place on or in which fish are canned, dried, gutted, salted, iced, chilled, frozen or otherwise processed for sale by wholesale in or outside Saint Lucia. All fish processing establishments must be registered or face a fine of up to EC$5,000.
