Process:
If a Company Name has not been reserved as yet, then apply for a Company Name using the
Company Name Search and Reservation
form (Form 26). This step should be completed and approved by the Registrar prior to submission of the documents for incorporation of the company.

Statutory Declaration (Company)
document which must be prepared by an Attorney-at-Law according to section 4(2) of the Companies Act of 31 December 2001.
Submit the completed documents together with the prescribed fee to the Registry.
The Registry will issue a Certificate of Incorporation.
Requirements:
A stamp valued at EC$2.50 (purchase from a local post office) must also be submitted with the application documents
The Statutory Declaration form must be prepared by a local
