Process:	The applicant submits a letter to the Fisheries department indicating the type and vessel and the size of the engine to be purchased for the vessel. On receipt of the letter, an Extension Officer will arrange an appointment with the applicant in order to assess the vessel and ensure the engine to be purchased would be compatible with that vessel. If the assessment is successful, an approval letter is issued to the applicant.
