THE SAINT LUCIA AIR AND SEA PORTS AUTHORITY (SLASPA)COMPLETION OF CONSTRUCTION OF THE HEWANORRA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT RE-REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT, VIEUX FORT, SAINT LUCIA
The Saint Lucia Air and Sea Ports Authority (SLASPA) is soliciting proposals from qualified Contractors for the Completion of Construction of the Hewanorra International Airport Redevelopment Project (HIARP), located in Vieux Fort, Saint Lucia. The completion of the construction of the HIARP constitutes the build out of the new Hewanorra International Airport terminal building and ancillary infrastructure which is the final phase of this significant airport infrastructure improvement programme.
As a critical component of the redevelopment of port facilities in the country, this significant airport infrastructure improvement programme includes airside and landside development with a strategic intention to elevate the aviation ecosystem and passenger experience.
Information and copies of the detailed Request for Proposals (RFP) can be obtained by contacting the Manager – Financial Operations via email at avlin.regis@slaspa.com from Wednesday, 2nd July to Friday, 18th July, 2025. Operating hours: Monday to Friday (except public holidays) 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (except 12 noon – 2 pm).
All proposals in response to the RFP must be submitted by 10:00 am local Saint Lucia time on Friday, 26th September, 2025 as per instructions included in the RFP document.
All inquiries and questions should be referred to the Manager – Financial Operations via email at avlin.regis@slaspa.com and responses will be handled via the issuance of Addenda as may be required for response.
Please note that Proposals received after the closing date and time will be rejected.
