THE MOBILE BLOOD BANK WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE WILLIAM PETER BOULEVARD EVERY MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, AND FRIDAY.

The Owen King European Hospital is extending an urgent call to the public to donate blood.

The need for blood has increased recently, due to a rise in road accidents and physical assaults, therefore placing a great burden on Blood Bank Services.

As a result, a schedule has been created for persons seeking to donate to the Blood Bank through its mobile services. On Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, the mobile blood bank will be available at the William Peter Boulevard, Castries. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, the mobile service will be available at the Owen King Hospital.

Donating blood at this time is critical, as no one knows whose life may be saved tomorrow.
