LISTST OF OUTSTANDING TICKETS FOR WHICH NOTICES OF CONVICTION HAVE PREVIOUSLY BEEN POSTED WILL BE PUBLISHED AT INTERVALS.
Records at the District Court Offices reveal that there are a number of unpaid traffic tickets which have not been addressed for some time. Persons with outstanding traffic tickets are therefore asked to ensure that they settle any unpaid traffic ticket fines at the District Court Offices (First District Court Office in Castries or Second District Court Office in Vieux-Fort) to avoid a Warrant of Arrest being issued against them.
In order to assist and sensitize the public, a list of some of the outstanding traffic tickets, according to our records and for which Notices of Conviction have previously been posted, will be published in our local print media, at various intervals.
