HEALTH SERVICES WILL CONTINUE TO BE REDIRECTED TO THE NEAREST COMMUNITY WELLNESS CENTRES, WHICH WILL OPERATE FROM 8 A.M. TO 4 P.M. DAILY.

The Ministry of Health, Wellness and Elderly Affairs informs the public of the extended suspension of health services at the La Fargue Wellness Centre from Monday August 4, 2025. This closure is to facilitate the continuation of extensive rehabilitative and maintenance works at the health facility. The public will be informed of the reopening of the La Fargue Wellness Centre in a subsequent notice.

Health services will continue to be redirected to the nearest Community Wellness Centres, which will operate from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily. Home visits and outreach services will continue as scheduled in the community of La Fargue. The Ministry of Health remains committed to providing safe and comfortable spaces for staff and clients and ensuring primary care services remains accessible.
