On November 27, dignitaries, officials, and representatives from the Ministry of Tourism, Investment, Creative Industries, Culture and Information gathered to welcome the Oceania Vista and its passengers.

Representative of the Saint Lucia Tourism Authority, Lyra Charles, addressed the visitors: “We do hope you have a good time. There is a desk located at La Place Carenage, so if you need any clarification, we will furnish you with the proper information. We welcome you to our beautiful island and as the slogan “Let Her Inspire You” says, we hope it inspires you to come back for the next few years.”

Captain Luca of the Vista expressed gratitude for the warm welcome extended.

“Thank you for the warm welcome to Oceania Vista. It feels always very homey to come back in Saint Lucia. I was here with other Oceania ships recently, so its returning back to me. As you know the company is well committed to your island and we have the friendship calling with your port, so it’s an important stop for us within the Caribbean area.”

The arrival of the vessel marks not just a voyage to a new destination but a celebration of unity, culture, and the shared joy of exploration.
