SELECTED SERVICES HAVE BEEN RELOCATED TO THE THIRD FLOOR OF THE HERALDINE ROCK BUILDING.

The Inland Revenue Department (IRD) wishes to inform the public that its office located on the first floor of the Heraldine Rock Building, Waterfront, Castries, is temporarily closed until further notice due to unforeseen circumstances. The IRD apologises for any inconvenience this may cause and assures you that it is working diligently to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, taxpayers can still access the following services, which have been relocated to the third floor of the Heraldine Rock Building:

  • Cash Unit – For cash, cheque and card payments
  • Taxpayer Services for Income & Property Taxes – For tax enquiries and applications
  • Refunds Unit – For the collection of refund cheques confirmed as ready for pick-up

For those in the southern region, our offices in Vieux Fort and Soufrière remain open and fully operational. Taxpayers in these areas are encouraged to utilise these offices for added convenience, whenever possible.

We also remind all taxpayers, whether registered as e-users or not, that our e-services platform is fully available and can be accessed at https://efiling.govt.lc. This secure, quick, and convenient platform allows you to make payments and resolve other tax-related inquiries without the need to visit an office in person.

The Inland Revenue Department appreciates your understanding during this time and encourages you to take advantage of the online services platform for a seamless experience.
