AS PART OF THE WIDER PUBLIC CONSULTATION, THE DEPARTMENT IS ENCOURAGING SAINT LUCIANS TO SCAN THE QR CODE AND ANSWER TWO QUICK QUESTIONS.

The Department of Labour, Co-operatives and Consumer Affairs is inviting workers, employers, business owners, job seekers and members of the public to have their say in the ongoing review of Saint Lucia’s Labour Act.

Stakeholder consultations are already underway, involving representatives of the Chamber of Commerce, the Saint Lucia Hospitality and Tourism Association, civil society and former parliamentarians. Additional consultations are planned with key organisations and stakeholder groups as the review progresses.

 

As part of the wider public consultation, the Department is encouraging Saint Lucians to scan the QR code and answer two quick questions. The initiative provides a simple and accessible opportunity for individuals to share their views and contribute directly to discussions on the future of labour legislation in Saint Lucia.
