The National Emergency Management Organization (NEMO), advises motorists to take extreme precaution if venturing out is unavoidable, as rainfall associated with a tropical wave has triggered flash flooding in low lying areas.
The Ministry of Infrastructure is working to clear roadways affected by the weather system.
NEMO reminds the public to avoid nonessential travel during the passage of this tropical wave.
