The Department of Commerce, International Trade, Investment, Enterprise Development and Consumer Affairs is currently undertaking the 2018 Investment Climate Assessment Survey (ICAS).

The purpose of this initiative is to evaluate the present investment climate in Saint Lucia, using international best practices, with the view to developing evidenced based policies and strategies to enhance the investment environment over the next three years.

The Department of Commerce will therefore be holding a press conference to sensitize the private sector about the relevance and importance of the Investment Climate Assessment Survey, particularly in identifying gaps in the legislative, institutional and administrative process for doing business in Saint Lucia.

The press conference will be held in the conference room of the Department of Commerce on Thursday, May 3 at 2 p.m. The media is invited.
