The public is informed that the Registry of Companies and Intellectual Property (ROCIP) will be relocating to the Access Building on the corner of Micoud and Chisel Streets, Castries.

As a result, the registry will be closed from Tuesday, October 8 to Friday, October 11, to facilitate the relocation. During the closure, please continue using the digiGov platform (https://digigov.govt.lc/portal/mvvmc/eservices/sldgPublicPortal.public.home) to access name search, business name and company registration services.

The Registry of Companies thanks the public for its understanding and patience and looks forward to reopening on Monday, October 14 at the new location.
