The Department of Infrastructure, Ports and Transport wishes to inform the public of road rehabilitation works from Soufriere to Fond St. Jacques. These works will commence on Thursday, January 16, and will continue from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., daily. The expected duration of the road works is eight months.

The Department of Infrastructure acknowledges that there will be some inconvenience during these works, especially from the junction (near Massy Stores, Soufriere and the Still Restaurant) to the Mocha Bridge. To ensure safety, appropriate signage will be installed during the rehabilitation phase.

The Department encourages all road users to exercise caution and to pay attention to road signs and directions; and thanks the public for its cooperation as we continue to enhance road infrastructure.
