SALCC receives artificial intelligence and image processing training

THE WORKSHOP WILL BE HOSTED BY THE TAIWANESE EMBASSY ON OCTOBER 17.

To keep pace with the rapidly evolving technological landscape, staff members of the Sir Arthur Lewis Community College alongside primary school digital literacy teachers and officers from the Division of Public Sector Modernisation (DPSM) will participate in a training workshop on artificial intelligence (AI) and image processing.

This half-day workshop will be hosted by the Taiwanese Embassy on October 17, 2025, The session will be facilitated by Itasha Leon, Curriculum Specialist at the Ministry of Education, who recently completed training in Taiwan.

Participants will gain hands-on experience with AI tools such as Recraft.ai, Pixverse.ai, and ClipChamp.

Media representatives are invited to the event at 11:00 a.m. for presentation of certificates.
