THE DEPARTMENT OF COOPERATIVES WISHES TO INFORM ALL REGISTERED MEMBERS OF THE BELLE VUE FARMERS’ COOPERATIVE SOCIETY LIMITED OF A GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING FACILITATED UNDER SECTION 41(1) MEETING CALLED BY REGISTRAR OF THE COOPERATIVE SOCIETIES ACT (CAP.12.06 OF THE REVISED LAWS OF SAINT LUCIA 2015).
The Department of Cooperatives wishes to inform all registered members of the Belle Vue Farmers’ Cooperative Society Limited of a General Membership Meeting facilitated under Section 41(1) Meeting Called by Registrar of the Cooperative Societies Act (CAP.12.06 of the Revised Laws of Saint Lucia 2015). This meeting is scheduled for Thursday 13th, April 2023 at 3:00 PM at the Belle Vue Farmers’ Cooperative, Myers Bridge, Soufriere, and will feature updates on work in progress from the Registrar's intervention to initiate and encourage activities organized for the cooperative’s development and re-opening post-COVID-19. Also included is a progress report on the cooperative's audit, financial position and external support, as well as the implementation of the Performance Improvement Plan to enhance governance and operations from the Working Committee.
