POLICE ARE INVESTIGATING A SUSPECTED DROWNING , OF EIGHTEEN (18) YEAR OLD KESS OVON GEORGE OF BARRE ST. JOSEPH, CASTRIES AT ROSEAU BEACH.

Police are investigating a suspected drowning , of eighteen (18) year old Kess Ovon George of Barre St. Joseph, Castries at Roseau Beach.

A report of a suspected drowning was referred to the Anse La Raye Police Station, about 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 16, 2023.

Kess Ovon George was transported to the Owen King European Union Hospital via ambulance. He was later pronounced dead by a medical practitioner.

A post mortem examination is scheduled for a subsequent date.

The Royal St. Lucia Police Force wishes to extend condolences to the family and friends of the deceased.
