Yvonne Agard, Executive Director of the Saint Lucia Coalition of Services
is the new Chair of the National Export Council (NEC). The NEC oversees the implementation of the National Export Development Strategy. The strategy serves to better position Saint Lucia's goods and services in the international market.

Agard has over 20 years of experience in private sector development, including spending
the past 11 years in her current role at the Saint Lucia Coalition of Services. Agard's key competencies include project management and trade mission planning. 

With over a decade of experience as the Executive Director of the Saint Lucia Coalition of Services Industries Inc, Yvonne Agard brings a wealth of knowledge in private sector development and international trade in goods and services to the National Export Council.
