The General Secretariat of the Organization of American States (OAS) through the Department of Human Development, Education and Employment is offering scholarships in the programme Communication 3.0 for Public Administration which will run from November 7th, 2016 to February 10th, 2016.  The modality of the course is online and the language of instruction is English.

OBJECTIVES

The course aims to:

• train leading personnel, within public institutions, to online communication tools.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENRS

To qualify for the scholarship, the candidates must:

• be citizens or permanent residents of a member state of the OAS;
• have an academic degree especially in social sciences; and
• submit the completed application and supporting documents before the deadline set by the Department of Education, Innovation and Gender Relations

BENEFITS 

The recipient will receive the following:

50% partial scholarship (scholarship receipient will be responsible for the payment of 50% remaining pf the tuition fee: US$500.00)
