MASTER IN DIPLOMACY AND INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2019/2020

The Department of Education, Innovation and Gender Relations informs the public that the Government of Spain has presented an admission offer to students and foreign diplomats to its Master in Diplomacy and International Relations to be pursued at the Spanish Diplomatic Academy (Escuela Diplomática) in Madrid during the academic year 2019-2020.  

The call for applications, as well as the application form for the above-mentioned can be obtained here.

Please note that sound knowledge of the Spanish language is required in order to pursue this programme, and all information via this link is presented in Spanish.  Fluency in Spanish can be demonstrated through the possession of a Diploma in Spanish as a Foreign Language (DELE), at proficiency level. 

The Embassy further advises that Foreign Service Officers must be holders of diplomatic passports and their applications for the said Masters must be accompanied by the corresponding Note Verbale from the Ministry of External Affairs.

The deadline for the submission of applications (complete with the requisite documentation) is April 1, 2019.  A copy of the application form is attached to this press release.  Applicants will be required to sit an entrance examination before April 30, 2019 at the Embassy of Spain in Port of Spain, Trinidad and Tobago.
