The Organization of American States (OAS), through the Department of Human Development, Education and Employment (DHDEE), and the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), through the OAS Partnerships Programme for Education and Training (PAEC), are inviting suitably qualified persons to apply for scholarships to pursue studies leading to a master’s degree in the following programmes:

• Human Resource Development
• Networking and Systems Administration
• Service Leadership and Innovation
• Environmental, Health and Safety Management
• Facility Management
• Health Systems Administration
• Professional Studies
• Applied Statistics
• Imaging Science

The programmes will begin on August 24^th, 2015, and will be imparted online, in English for a period of 1 – 2 years. 

Admission Process

1. Before applying for admission, applicants are encouraged to read the programme description, and ensure the study area fulfills expectations and interests.
2. Students must possess a Bachelor’s Degree, diploma or certificate of completion of degree prior to the day the application is submitted.
3. The deadline to apply for admission to the programme is May 15^th, 2015

Benefits:

1. The OAS and RIT will cover 50% or 60% of the tuition fees.
