THE PILOT PROGRAM WILL CONCLUDE ON SEPTEMBER 8.
The Customs and Excise Department wishes to inform the general public that the pilot program for extended operating hours at Shed 6 will officially conclude on Monday, September 8th, 2025.
This pilot, which provided uninterrupted service from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., was part of a broader initiative to improve efficiency, reduce wait times, and enhance the customer experience at our non-commercial goods examination facility.
We thank all stakeholders and members of the public who supported and participated in this pilot. Feedback and data collected during the period will now be reviewed to guide decisions on the potential expansion of extended hours across other Customs locations.
