The National Emergency Management Organisation (NEMO) Saint Lucia wishes to inform the public that we have begun accepting donations for onward distribution to our Jamaican counterparts, following the widespread destruction and displacement caused by the passage of Hurricane Melissa.

In solidarity with the government and people of Jamaica, NEMO encourages all citizens, organizations, and businesses who wish to assist to contribute items listed on the official needs list provided by the Government of Jamaica.

Please note that only items appearing on this official list will be accepted. Absolutely no clothing items will be received at this time.

Donations may be dropped off at the NEMO Secretariat, Bisee, Castries, between 9am and 3pm.
