The Saint Lucia Air and Sea Ports Authority (SLASPA) hereby invites prospective bidders to submit tenders for the disposal of the following scrap metal/old equipment:

1. One (1) Coles Grove Crane
2. One (1) Scrap Fantuzzi Stacker
3. Two (2) Hyster Electric Forklifts
4. Two (2) Scrap Hyster 360XL

 Site visits will be facilitated between November 18 to 22, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Please contact the Mechanical Superintendent at 457 6121 or 728 4708.

Tenders must be submitted in an unmarked, plain and sealed envelope or package, and addressed as follows under confidential cover:

The tender should be labeled “Bid for the Purchase of Scrap Metal/Old Equipment” and must be submitted at the aforementioned address no later than November 29th, 2024 at 4:00pm local time. Please note that submissions or bids received after the closing date and time will be rejected. Electronic submittal of proposals will NOT be accepted.

 Tenders are be handed to an actual person upon which a receipt will be provided to the person submitting the proposal. SLASPA reserves the right to reject all proposals/bids. Also note that equipment will be sold in their present condition.
