The Sir Arthur Lewis Community College (SALCC), in collaboration with the Saint Lucia Athletics Association, invites the public to the Laureates’ Challenge 5K Run on Sunday, February 2, 2025, at 6:30 a.m. The race begins at Derek Walcott Square and concludes at the SALCC campus at Morne Fortune, symbolically connecting Laureate to Laureate.

This special event honors the remarkable achievements of Saint Lucia's Nobel Laureates, Sir Arthur Lewis and Sir Derek Walcott, while fostering community engagement, promoting health, and celebrating Saint Lucia’s natural and cultural heritage.

The run is open to all ages, with a registration fee of $25.00 per person. Participants can register online via the SALCC website.
